Terms & Conditions

FIELD Estate (the "Service") is provided by Field Estate, Stockholm, Sweden ("we", "us", "our"). When you use the Service or buy video credits, you are entering into an agreement with Field Estate. You can contact us at hello@fieldestate.se.

By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organisation (for example a real estate agency), you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you use it as an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age.

FIELD Estate uses artificial intelligence and human editing to turn property photos you upload, or a listing link you share, into cinematic property videos. Each finished video uses one prepaid video credit. Features, themes and delivery formats may change over time.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
• send spam or use the Service to deceive buyers, renters or other people;
• upload material that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• create deepfakes, impersonate people, or upload or generate hateful, violent, sexual or otherwise harmful content;
• interfere with the security of the Service, including by uploading malware, probing or testing for vulnerabilities, scraping, or trying to bypass technical limits or filters (including "jailbreaking" AI features);
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service itself.

You keep ownership of the photos, text and other material you upload ("Input"). You confirm that you have all the rights and permissions needed to upload it, including from photographers and property owners. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and edit your Input only to provide the Service to you.

Subject to these terms and to any third-party rights in your Input, you may use the finished videos ("Output") for marketing the property concerned. Music, themes and templates we provide remain ours or our licensors' and are licensed to you only as part of the Output.

You are responsible for the instructions you give, for how you use the Output, and for checking that it is accurate before publishing it. AI-generated output can contain mistakes or visual inaccuracies and must not be relied on as a factual representation of a property without your review.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email hello@fieldestate.se with details and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it. Accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights will be suspended or closed.

We may review, restrict or remove content, refuse to produce a video, or filter outputs where we reasonably believe it breaches these terms or the law.

Field Estate owns the Service and all related intellectual property, including the software, website, documentation, themes and the FIELD brand. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with these terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes (including VAT), cancellations and refunds for purchases are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Video credits are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. See also our Refund Policy.

We work hard to keep the Service running and to deliver videos on time, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if:

• you materially breach these terms;
• a payment is not made or is reversed;
• your use creates a security or fraud risk for us or others; or
• you repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.

You can stop using the Service at any time. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymise your projects and uploads within a reasonable time, except where we must keep records by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be handled by the Swedish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
